Description A comfortable detached one-bedroom gite with private garden suitable for couples or a small family. Bedrooms 1 bedroom. Sleeps Sleeps 2+. Double bed in the master bedroom, with optional futon in the living room. We can also provide a travel cot, if required.
	Kitchen Self-contained kitchen with the following facilities: Hob and oven. Fridge. Dishwasher. Microwave. Cooking utensils. Cutlery, cups, plates, etc. Clothes horse. This gite does not have a washing machine, but there is a shared one and a tumble dryer available on the complex.
	Living area A spacious living room with the following facilities: Dining area.  Seating area, including optional sofa bed.  English and French television.  We provide all the BBC and ITV channels via a Sky box. If you want more English channels than those, just bring your Sky card with you. DVD, CD player and radio.
	Bedroom A double bedroom with views over the main courtyard. It has the following facilities: Double bed. Drawer and wardrobe space. Radio alarm clock. Full-length mirror. Hairdryer. It also has a superb lit bateau which can be converted into a sofa, toddler bed, or full size cot.  Just tell us how you would like it set up.
	Bathroom Private bathroom with bath, shower and shaving point.
	Garden Private garden with: Seating area. BBQ.
